After left Accor Hotels, i've started my own business that was planning and desired for a long time. The inicial idea was develop CD folders, web and multimedia catalogs using my hotels expertise.

Today the Raro's main focus is assist and develop web and mobile solutions, such websites, web applications, intranet and extranet. To reach this we have a team with a large experience and expertise on multi-disciplinary areas.

 

Knowledge on Microsoft .NET Framework developing web and mobile projects using SQL Server and Oracle on data layer.

Project Management using Visual Studio Team Foundation implementing a new development process called Raro Agile, that uses Microsoft Solution Framework MSF 4.2 and eXtreme Programming as base.

Official Microsoft's Beta-tester on many beta programs such as Windows 7, Windows Live, Windows Mobile Program...

Developer consulting since 1994 coordinating many back-office projects, development, support and training systems as Banks Integrations, ERP and others hotels back office systems.

Support and training these systems all over Brazil and South America.

I have started and cordinated the web and mobile development department during four years, working with a team, including one architect, three senior analysts and four system and front-end analysts.

System Manager for a short time, but a productive time when Accor Hotels had bought the Rio Palace Hotel and many important decisions and improvements were taken.
